Congratulations to Ekpe Udoh, who had a downright horrible 25:49 of play, scoring no points and accumulating five fouls. He did have a steal and a block but other than that, it was pretty bad (and his team lost).
Clean and Sober Award (most minutes without taking a shot)
Joel Freeland plays for one of the best teams in the league, so we can’t feel too bad for him, but maybe take advantage of your time on the court, man! He played 13:04 and while he grabbed four rebounds, he didn’t even attempt a shot.
Iron Man Award (most minutes played)
It’s anyone’s guess why Stephen Curry would have played 45:21 in a blowout game, but that’s what happened. Curry’s history of injuries would make one think they’d use these opportunities to keep him fresh. I guess that’s why I’m writing and not coaching.
