It took a while, but Nate Robinson decided to come out and play. In the first 10 games of the season, the 29-year-old point guard averaged only 6.9 points per contest. The Nuggets struggled in these games, losing six of them. Then, the former Washington Huskie decided to turn the switch. In the next six games, he scored 15.3 points per game. Denver won all of these games. Coincidence? Probably not. If Nate can continue providing a spark off the bench, the Nuggets will keep winning. With Danilo Gallinari still recovering from his surgery, there is more pressure on Nate. Once the Italian big man comes back some of the pressure will be lifted off Robinson’s shoulders.
