More Mozgov – Timofey Mozgov lead a balanced Nuggets attack with 17 points, 20 rebounds and two blocks. Jordan Hamilton and Kenneth Faried added 15 apiece. The Nets are banged up, but they’ve been almost impossibly bad. Joe Johnson scored 22, but it wasn’t anywhere close to enough. Now, Jason Kidd has demoted Lawrence Frank. It’s ugly in Brooklyn.

DALLAS MAVERICKS 89, Charlotte Bobcats 82

Two-Headed MonsterMonta Ellis and Dirk Nowitzki combined for 47 points, eight rebounds and six assists. The Mavericks as a team only had 16 assists in what was a slow-paced, plodding basketball game. The Bobcats got 19 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks from Al Jefferson, but shot just 38.5 percent as a team and just 3-for-17 from the 3-point line.
