The Memphis Grizzlies have played 15 games this year, and Randolph has lead the team in scoring in 5 games this year and the Grizzlies won all 5 of them. Last season was the best season in the Memphis Grizzlies history and Zach Randolph lead the team in scoring and rebounds, and then he did the same in the playoffs helping the team reach the Western Conference Finals. He is the most important player on the team, even with a healthy Gasol, Randolph needs to be the main guy on offense and so far this year he has proved it. If the Grizzlies will allow Randolph to do his thing on offense, they will be able to survive the Gasol injury.
