We Don’t Mind The Grind – After a slow start, the Grizzlies have pulled themselves back to 8-7 after defeating the Celtics in Boston. Jerryd Bayless scored 22 off the bench, while Kosta Koufos continues to fill in well for Marc Gasol. Koufos scored just seven points, but he pulled in 13 rebounds to go along with his three blocks. The Celtics got 26 points from Jeff Green, as well as 23 points and 12 rebounds from Jared Sullinger.

Los Angeles Lakers 99, BROOKLYN NETS 94

Hit me – Jason Kidd allegedly said “hit me” to Tyshawn Taylor in an effort to squeeze out a late-game timeout to draw up a play. Oh boy. As it was, Nick Young scored 26 off the bench, Pau Gasol scored 21 and Steve Blake added 10 assists in the win. The Nets were paced by Joe Johnson, who scored 18 and Mirza Teletovic, who added 17 off the bench.
