There have been a lot of movers and shakers in the NBA this offseason.

Every team is doing what they can to compete with the elite teams like the Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder. Some are a few years away, while some have made significant enough strides to challenge for the Larry O’Brien trophy.

Which five teams’ stocks are soaring this offseason?

In referring to a team that has a soaring stock, we’re not saying they will win the 2013 NBA championship. Rather, it is in reference to a team that has made great strides and will have a drastic improvement over their previous campaign.
