NBA teams use the offseason to re-tool their rosters and reflect on what worked and what didn’t during the previous season. Not every team makes a big splash during the offseason, but they do their best to improve their team through free agency and trades. What is the smartest move for every NBA team during this offseason?

Most of the high-profile free agents are gone, so at this point teams are scraping the bargain bin in hopes they’ll find a diamond in the rough to help their squad.

We’ll be taking into account any moves made from the end of the NBA Finals until today.
