Now that the Golden State Warriors have finished their free agency spending, here are some bold predictions for the 2017-18 season to get us through the next few months.

The fun part of the offseason is just about in the books for the Golden State Warriors. The 2017 NBA Draft is over, and they’ve already spent plenty of money during free agency. Now, the attention turns to preparing this club for another championship run.

For now, though, I feel like jumping the gun. The regular season is still over three months away, but it just seems like the right time to start making some bold predictions for the Warriors’ 2017-18 campaign. It may be a bit early in some people’s minds, but that’s not going to stop me from going out on a limb.

So what can we expect from the Warriors next season? There are only so many directions to go with predictions. They’ve won two out of the last three championships, so predicting another title is far from bold. I could say they’ll miss the playoffs, but that would be too ridiculous considering the talent on this roster.

Because of the aforementioned points, I had to get a little creative with these predictions. Hopefully that’ll make them entertaining enough to help you get through the offseason.

With that in mind, let’s work our way through my early, “bold” predictions for the Warriors’ 2017-18 season. Keep in mind that these are meant to push the limits of logic, so don’t take them all too seriously.
