The Chicago Bulls were a mediocre team in 2015-16, which means they didn’t win any league-wide awards for their disappointing season. However, there were certain players on the team that deserve recognition for their efforts or lack there of.

The Chicago Bulls had high expectations coming into the season. First-year coach Fred Hoiberg was going to inject some life into the team’s offense.

Derrick Rose and Jimmy Butler were going to find a way to effectively co-exist in the backcourt. Even more important, the Bulls were going to find a way to challenge the Cleveland Cavaliers for conference supremacy.

Needless to say, none of those predictions came to fruition, as the team finished with a 42-40 record and failed to qualify for the playoffs for the first time in eight seasons.

In spite of a disappointing season, there were players within the team who deserved recognition for their contributions.
