The summer of 2016 will forever be remembered as one of the most influential in NBA history. Two prospects with superstar hype were selected at No. 1 and No. 2 overall in the 2016 NBA Draft, and one of the Association’s elite players changed teams in free agency.

Along with the obvious and high-profile changes were a litany of moves that have shaken the NBA at its very core.

All 30 teams made some form of alteration to their respective rosters. Some teams did more than others, of course, and a number of organizations even made changes at either head coach or in the front office.

As is always the case with an NBA offseason, however, there are some teams that stand out from the pack.

In some instances, an organization landed a star-caliber talent who fills a void of incomparable value. In others, it was merely finding the right pieces to step up at positions that were solid, but not quite spectacular.

The question is: which teams improved the most during of summer of 2016?
