With the 2016 NBA Draft fast approaching, every team has a set of goals in mind.

Goals for the NBA Draft can range from acquiring the next star prospect to filling a need with a role player. Some teams choose to trade their draft picks altogether for veteran players who can help them win now. Others trade their veteran pieces for even more picks.

All of these teams will be judged eventually on how many games they can win, but at this time, the winners of the draft are the ones who make the smartest decisions, take the best player available, or go get a guy that fits with a certain team and its culture.

Now, to continue the six-part series, the Central Division will be on the pedestal. How many selections does each team have? What are the needs of each team? Can fans expect something crazy to happen? All of these questions will be answered.
