Coming into the Western Conference Finals, we all knew that the Oklahoma City Thunder were a good team. After all, they have arguably two of the top five players in the league in Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.

In spite of that fact, few predicted that the Thunder would give the defending champions all they can handle and then some. This sentiment is supported by the fact that the Warriors cruised to a historic 73-9 record during the regular season and had never lost back-to-back games.

Until now that is.

Thanks to a dominant performance in Game 3, the Thunder came away with a 133-105 victory.

But being that the Thunder surrendered the coveted home-court advantage back to the San Antonio Spurs in the previous round, it wasn’t unreasonable to think that the Warriors would take Game 4 and send the series back to Oakland knotted up at 2-2.

Instead, the Thunder took it to the defending champs once again, coming away with a 118-94 victory and pushing the Warriors to the brink of elimination.

Here is a look at how the Thunder have taken control of this series.
