Heading into the 2016 NBA Draft, the Phoenix Suns have plenty of options. Aside from possessing four picks in the top-34, general manager Ryan McDonough will have a bevy of upcoming free agents, disgruntled stars on other teams and possible trade packages to sift through this summer.

With a collection of young but movable assets, the Suns have a ton of flexibility to make a move in any direction. Navigating such open waters may prove to be impossible if the goal is a one-year turnaround, but with three first round picks to work with, McDonough has weapons at his disposal.

Assuming that packaging some or all of those picks to land a franchise player becomes impossible,  however, what should the Suns actually do with their first round picks?

In the weeks leading up to the draft, we’ll be taking a look at each selection the Suns own and laying out the top prospects at that spot. Here’s a look at the five best draft options for the Phoenix Suns with the 13th overall pick.

Honorable Mentions: Marquese Chriss (projected to be off the board by the time Phoenix picks at No. 13) Tyler Ulis (if the Suns don’t want to re-sign Price or bring in another backup point guard in free agency), Thon Maker (too much of a flyer at this point) and Demetrius Jackson (an athletic but short playmaker)
