Not every player is meant to be in their current situation. Which pending NBA free agents should find a new home in 2016?

The upcoming period of free agency promises to reshape the landscape of the NBA. A number of big-name players are hitting the open market, as are quality reserves who could realistically make the jump to a team’s starting lineup.

The question is, which of those players would benefit most from finding a new home?

In some instances, star-caliber players are stuck on teams that give them a chance to compete, but not contend. Those teams have failed to take the necessary steps to become championship-caliber, which suggests a change of scenery is required for said contributors to contend.

As difficult as it may be to leave the team they’ve spent so much time with, the writing is on the wall for a number of these big names.

In other cases, the players aren’t stars, but could receive a bigger role elsewhere. Some may even be able to do so on a better team, which makes the need for a change of scenery much easier to embrace.

No matter the reason, for the following 10 NBA players, free agency can’t come soon enough.
