In an NBA season filled with impressive rookie performances, one young player is struggling to keep himself in the Rookie of the Year race.

Eventually NBA rookies generally hit a point where they aren’t as effective as they’ve been throughout the season and struggle to turn their games around.

This surprisingly hasn’t been the case for most of the young studs that have appeared in these rankings, but one big name in particular appears to have potentially hit the “rookie wall” and the effects have been clear both with his personal performance and the team’s success.
