Welcome to HoopsHabit.com’s Week 18 NBA Power Rankings! We’ll be counting down from 30 to 1, as we break down the last week in the NBA and where each team stands as we move forward.

After taking a one-week sabbatical for the NBA All-Star Break and 2016 NBA Trade Deadline, we’re back with (approximately) midseason diagnoses for all 30 teams broken down into the good news and the bad news.

Which teams emerged as winners and losers following the trade deadline? Which teams are gearing up for a playoff run and which may have peaked too early? It’s time to take a look at the lay of the land by assessing what’s gone right and what’s gone wrong for every team in the association.
