Sometimes it takes a few lucky breaks outside of a team’s control to make it to the NCAA Tournament. These five teams currently on the bubble could really use some help to get themselves in.

February is already a crazy month. On Saturday alone, eight ranked teams lost to unranked teams, and some of them even came at home!

Crazy things are going on right now, and it’s only going to get worse before we reach Championship Week. There are so many teams battling to get into the NCAA Tournament field right now that it’s incredibly hard to figure out who should be in. It changes every day.

Saturday’s action did open up the door for a few teams to give themselves some breathing room with the tournament selection committee. For others, the door is barely open, but there’s still some light shining through.

Some teams have struggled this season, but nobody’s really stood out among the bubble teams, which means there is a chance to get into the tournament — but they’ll need some help.

Here are the teams currently lingering on the bubble who not only need to take care of their own business, but also need help from other teams.
