Everybody enjoys talking about the newest NBA trade rumors. And for good reason–imagining huge, blockbuster trades is a lot of fun, plain and simple.

Disgruntled stars being moved from one franchise to another doesn’t happen every year, but even without a major name getting dealt it’s interesting to keep up with all the other players getting traded. And like all seasons, there will be a lot of trades happening as the NBA trade deadline draws ever closer.

But not every team should be making a deal. Some teams, either because they’re very good, very bad, or somewhere in the middle, have no need to add or subtract anything. Four of those teams are featured in this week’s issue of Ti’s Four-Point Play.

Just because these teams have no need to make a deal doesn’t mean they won’t make one, however. A good GM’s phone is always on, and if an offer comes through that is a clear win for one of these four teams they won’t turn it down.

None of these teams needs to make a deal, though. They likely won’t be active on deadline day, or at least as active as some trigger-happy franchises.
