Welcome to HoopsHabit.com’s Week 13 NBA Power Rankings! We’ll be counting down from 30 to 1, as we break down the last week in the NBA and where each team stands as we move forward.

This week we’re mixing it up a little bit, since we’ve (unofficially) hit the halfway point of the 2015-16 NBA season. Not every team has played their 41st game yet, but with the All-Star break approaching and so many teams already reaching the midway point of their respective seasons, it’s time to take a look back on what we’ve learned from the last two and a half months.

Which of our preseason predictions were wrong? Which teams have been the biggest surprises and the biggest disappointments? And is anyone in the same elite tier as the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs?
