Welcome to HoopsHabit.com’s Week 12 NBA Power Rankings! We’ll be counting down from 30 to 1, as we break down the last week in the NBA and where each team stands as we move forward.

The NBA is in a very odd place right now. The top four contenders — Golden State Warriors, San Antonio Spurs, Cleveland Cavaliers and Oklahoma City Thunder — mostly reside in small markets, the Eastern Conference is still better than the West and we’ve got a few major market teams competing for the title of Most Depressing NBA Team.

We will be updating every Tuesday, so scroll through all of the rankings to find out where your favorite team winds up in Week 12, with the Los Angeles Clippers and New York Knicks on the rise.
