Where do Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook rank in the NBA’s dynamic duos?

Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook are two of the NBA’s greatest talents on both ends of the court. When you put two of the top five best players in the league on one team like the Oklahoma City Thunder have, a nearly unstoppable force is created, which is what you have with Durant and Westbrook.

Year after year, they have ranked in the top five in scoring tandems in the NBA and show no signs of slowing down. So far this season, they have combined for 52.1 of their team’s 107.7 points per game, nearly 50 percent of the Thunder’s total offense.

While Westbrook has taken criticism over the years for his always aggressive mindset, Durant has always made it clear that there are no issues between them and that he fully supports Westbrook. Numbers back that up, as the Thunder’s winning percentage goes up when both players are in the lineup.

Both players are able to carry the load offensively and guard their positions well. While their styles don’t mesh together perfectly, they have learned how to coexist peacefully and prosperously.

But where do they rank amongst the rest of the best of the NBA’s dynamic duos?
