The Los Angeles Lakers have definitely made a recovery from an initially underwhelming free agency. The team traded for defensive anchor Roy Hibbert and agreed to terms with Sixth Man of the Year Lou Williams and veteran forward Brandon Bass. It’s important that the team surrounds their young core with competitive pieces.

If they plan to ever be successful, getting in the habit of winning is extremely beneficial.

While the team has addressed their backcourt needs and forward depth, they are still thin at the small forward position. Unless the Lakers are confident in starting rookie Anthony Brown, they must scour the market for a potential starter. Most of the Lakers’ preferred targets are off the boards, but there are some useful players left that could likely land in Los Angeles.

Once the Lakers settle all their contracts with the recent signings, another move should be coming soon.

Let’s take a look at who’s available.
