The most chaotic day in the history of NBA free agency is over. After a cascade of Woj bombs and salary cap splurging, we emerge from the remaining pile of rubble with a better understanding of what free agents are going where, which teams are making a splash and the direction that the league is heading in general.

The details of player options and salary cap exceptions are still trickling down to the general public, but at this point in time, we basically know where the vast majority of this summer’s free agents are heading, how much they’re getting paid and which teams are still in the running for the remaining targets.

But after such an outrageous day that included more than $1 billion in spendings, more than 100 years in contracts and more than half the teams in the league, who stands out as the biggest winners and losers of the first 24 hours of NBA free agency?
