There are some huge names in free agency this summer, even if they are only there to facilitate a more lucrative return to where they had been playing or to get themselves in position to really cash in once the salary cap explodes upward with the start of the league’s new television rights package next summer.
Among the biggest names (and 2014-15 teams) on the market as of midnight were LeBron James (Cleveland Cavaliers), Kawhi Leonard (San Antonio Spurs), Marc Gasol (Memphis Grizzlies), LaMarcus Aldridge (Portland Trail Blazers) and DeAndre Jordan (Los Angeles Clippers).
HoopsHabit will be tracking the signings agreements as they are reported, so enjoy the ride with our 2015 NBA Free Agency Tracker.
