On paper, the Portland Trail Blazers have a lot going for them. They have two All-Stars in Damian Lillard and LaMarcus Aldridge in two positions on the court where having a great player is a huge plus. They have a little bit of continuity, having made it to the second round of the playoffs last season. Their bench had problems to begin the year, but moves were made to try and combat this. So what we have is yet another contending team out West, that have weapons throughout their team that can hurt opponents. In a league with a high rate of coaching turnover, having Terry Stotts still at the helm for this team represents another nod to continuity. But do they have all the pieces required to make a serious run at winning it all?
