In some ways, this has been the perfect season for the Cleveland Cavaliers. They got LeBron James back, their prodigal son. The superstar was quick to lower expectations and ground the fans as well, saying a championship was far from guaranteed. The team struggled to begin the season, further making fans realize that winning it all would not be easy.

Things started to change before the All-Star break, the perfect time really, with the team going on a great run. LeBron was back playing MVP level ball, Kyrie Irving was scoring 57 on the defending champs for fun and the team was gelling. Heading into the playoffs, it’s hard to see how this team is not the favorite out of this conference, and yet that would be disrespecting the stellar campaign of the Atlanta Hawks.
