Few teams have a better chance of winning an NBA championship this season that the Golden State Warriors. Yes, the Western Conference is as competitive as it has probably been in my lifetime. But for the Warriors, it appears the stars have aligned at the right time.

It’s not often a team has a top-five offensive (second, scoring 109.6 points per contest ) and defensive efficiency (first, giving up 97.6 points a game), as well as a true superstar (Stephen Curry) and depth all over their roster. This team has had some playoff battles and grown together as a unit as well. On the surface, it appears only injury is the true concern for this team headed into the postseason.

But let’s go a little deeper to see if we can truly evaluate how far this team can go.
