5) The Team Has Found Their Leader In Kemba Walker

Kemba Walker is a winner. Maybe his NBA-record doesn’t support that, but the fiery point guard is one of the the most passionate and vocal players in the league. He led a UConn team to a championship back in 2011, and had one of the most memorable tournament-performances in NCAA history.

It has taken him a few seasons to find his footing at the NBA level, but this past year, he took on a role similar to the one he held with the Huskies, and was Charlotte’s vocal leader during their season-long playoff push. Just two years ago, the Bobcats were a young club with no identity and no direction, but that has all changed, and Kemba Walker is a big reason why.
