After a promising 2012-13 campaign, Jimmy Butler was moved from the small forward position as a reserve to the starting 2-guard position this year.

The expectation was that he and Derrick Rose would finally produce the formidable duo the team was searching for following Chicago’s 4-1 loss to the Miami Heat in the 2011 Eastern Conference Finals.
