With James and the Heat going 4-7 in their last 11 games, Durant might have locked up this award on Friday night. Hitting the game-winning 3 from about 35 feet against the Raptors, he finished with 51 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists, the first time a player reached those totals since Michael Jordan in 1992. He’s extended his streak to 34 straight games of 25 points or more. Griffin ranks sixth in scoring and the Clippers have a strong grasp on the third seed in the West.
