Most Valuable Player

With a little over a month remaining in the season, the scales seem to be leaning more in Durant’s favor once again. He’s averaged over 32 points in the past five games and the Thunder sit just a game behind the Spurs for the top spot in the conference. Meanwhile, in the seven games since his career-high 61 points against the Bobcats, James has only scored more than 20 points in four of those games and the Heat lost five of those seven games partly because of it. Griffin continues his rise to superstar status while putting up career-high numbers and expanding his game to help lead the Clippers to the fifth-best record in basketball.
