On Jan. 5, the Memphis Grizzles decided to trade guard  Jerryd Bayless to the Boston Celtics for shooting guard Courtney Lee. This move came a month after one of their top 3-pointer shooters, Quincy Pondexter, was declared out for the season with a foot injury.
