A new wrench has been thrown into the two-man race for the NBA Rookie of the Year race by the name of Trey Burke. His return has led to Utah tripling their overall win total (from one to three) in his nine games. The top of the rankings are relatively unchanged from last week’s edition, but there is bound to be some shaking up with the emergence of Burke and improving play of another high profile rookie, this once closed race is now open for business.

After this week’s turn of events, who stands as the top rookie?
