NBA Playoffs Live Blog: Memphis Grizzlies vs. L.A. Clippers (4/22/13)

Welcome to HoopsHabit.com’s NBA Playoffs Live Blog of Game 2 of the Memphis Grizzlies and the Los Angeles Clippers from Staples Center in Los Angeles, California! The tip is scheduled for 7:30pm Pacific, with the blog starting around 7:00pm.

The Grizzlies will try to avenge their 112-91 loss to the Clippers in Game 1 on Saturday night. The Grizzlies frontcourt was thought to be a strength, but Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph combined for just six rebounds as the Clippers pounded them on the glass by a margin of 47-23.

For the Clippers, even though Blake Griffin had a substandard game and fouled out in 25 minutes, they were in control for all 48 minutes. Chris Paul scored 23 points with seven assists and two steals and the bench combined for a whopping 49 points.
