Atlanta Hawks goal leading into the playoffs No. 3: Work out playoff rotations

Due to the injury issues suffered by the Hawks all season, they have never been able to lock in a starting five. They have developed a consistent bench unit but they have not locked down their rotations.

Even now with the Hawks having almost all their players back they have not been able to find their rotations. Hunter, who is their best wing has been coming off the bench since his return. They are trying to work him back into playing fitness which is so important to their team.

In their starting group, only Clint Capela has any playoff experience which he garnered during his time with the Houston Rockets. This is why it is going to be crucial to figure out when to inject the veterans into the game during the playoffs.

No one is sure how they are going to react to playoff basketball, it is a totally different game with totally different pressures. It is fortunate for the Hawks that their head coach has had plenty of playoff experience. He will quickly settle the rotations in a manner that will suit the Hawks and give them a potentially deep postseason run.
