  • Elfrid Payton: 1 year, $5 million (New York Knicks)

Elfrid Payton will be returning to the New York Knicks after apparently not getting much action on the open market.

Grade: C+

  • Jevon Carter: 3 years, $11.5 million (Phoenix Suns)

The Phoenix Suns continue to have a nice offseason, signing Jevon Carter to a three-year $11.5 million contract.

Grade: B+

  • Nerlens Noel: 1 year (New York Knicks)

Good things come to those who wait for centers in NBA free agency, and that’s the case here. The Knicks get Nerlens Noel for what will likely be a bargain on a one-year deal.

Grade: B+

  • Jeff Teague: 1 year (Boston Celtics)

After losing Gordon Hayward in free agency and an overall slow start, the Boston Celtics scooped up solid veteran depth at the point guard position. Jeff Teague signed a one-year deal with yet-undisclosed terms.

Grade: B-

  • Brad Wannamaker: 1 year, $2.25 million (Golden State Warriors)

The Golden State Warriors continue their pursuit of cheap guard depth with this signing of Brad Wannamaker.

Grade: C+

  • Bryn Forbes: 2 years (Milwaukee BUcks)

After shooting themselves in the foot with what appears to have been an illegal sign-and-trade for Bogdan Bogdanovic, the Milwaukee Bucks are trying to pivot and recover. Bryn Forbes is a nice addition to the roster.

Grade: B

  • Wes Iwundu: 2 years (Dallas Mavericks)

The Dallas Mavericks struggled to stop anybody last season, and Wes Iwundu is a great addition to a squad looking to leap into the elites of the Western Conference.

Grade: A-

  • Willie Cauley-Stein: 2 years, $8.2 million (Dallas Mavericks)

The Dallas Mavericks will re-sign Willie Cauley-Stein to a reasonable deal for both parties. The second year of this contract has a team option, per Shams Charania.
