This is where the slide ends for Terrence Ross, after considering him as far back as the last time the Blazers were on the clock. Bringing Ross in alongside Draymond Green brings a whole new look to the Blazers alongside Aldridge and Batum.
Ross is a highlight-reel dunker and has a nice shooting stroke. He has only played more than 28 minutes per game once during his career and it was for a 24 game stretch in Orlando. Consistency would be key for Ross and I trust Terry Stotts to get the most out of him.
Stotts clearly has a history of developing guards and helping them hit their full potential so seeing what he could do with Terrence Ross would be fascinating. Playing alongside Green and Aldridge would give him a better mentality than anything he has experienced during his time in Orlando if he bought into the culture.
Meyers Leonard was a weird pick at the time and while he has shown some flashes of the potential that got him drafted this high it is hard to argue that he should have gone in the lottery. We will discuss him more later when he ends up going in the redraft but no one would argue that this pick at least is an upgrade for the Blazers.
