Highlights

Drummond had 12 games this season in which he tallied at least 20 points and 20 rebounds, which tied him with Kevin Willis (1991-92) for the modern NBA record (i.e. post-Wilt Chamberlain).

Some of those stat lines included 24 points and 20 rebounds against the Brooklyn Nets in the season opener, 26 points and 22 rebounds against the Cleveland Cavaliers in October, 23 and 20 in a win over the Houston Rockets in November, 20 and 21 in a win over the Los Angeles Clippers in January, 29 and 20 against the New York Knicks in February, and 21 and 21 against the Cavs in March.

Drummond also had seven games in which he finished either one shot or one rebound away from a 20-20 stat line.

Seven times, Drummond blocked five or more shots in a game, and three times he recorded at least five steals in a game.

One of the more athletic centers in the league, with a straight-ahead mentality on offense, Drummond of course put his share of defenders on posters this season with monster dunks.

But he also found himself on “Shaqtin’ A Fool” when he tried to take the finesse route and things went a little too far left…
