Highlights

Although the 2017-18 season ended on a sour note for the Pistons, Blake Griffin still provided fans across Motown with a couple of noteworthy highlights, putting together a series of stellar performances on the way to helping bring Detroit Basketball back to the forefront.

Despite not having much time to practice with his new teammates, Griffin proved to be the best player on the floor for the Pistons in his official debut at Little Caesars Arena, scoring a game-high 24 points with 10 rebounds to help Detroit earn a 104-102 win against the Memphis Grizzlies on Feb. 1.

He also helped the Pistons ignite a five-game winning streak immediately following his arrival, as Griffin averaged 21.5 points, 7.7 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game for Detroit through his first four outings.

However, Griffin would not manage to find his stride until the latter part of the season.

In a mid-March showdown against the Phoenix Suns, the 2011 Slam Dunk champion put together his most complete game as a Piston to date, scoring and setting up several teammates on offense to finish with 26 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds through 35 minutes in a 115-88 blowout.
