6. Opening night jam

Ever since he came into the league, Blake Griffin has constantly tried to remind the NBA world that he is so much more than a dunker.

With a developing mid-range jumper and wildly underrated handles, Griffin has exhibited an impressively versatile set of skills, but that hasn’t stopped him from throwing down dunks like the one below from time to time.

This dunk did not come about as a result of a fast break where Griffin could pick up enough steam to throw it down over Lakers forward Julius Randle, who isn’t a small man in any sense of the word.

No, Griffin crossed over Andrew Bogut like he was Stephen Curry, then went upstairs and packed a hammer all over the 250-pound Randle.

Griffin may have evolved his game, but once a dunker, always a dunker.
