The Houston Rockets are decimating their competition, giving them the top spot in Week 8 of NBA Power Rankings. Where does the rest of the league end up?
The Boston Celtics may have the best record in the league, but there’s a new team at the top of HoopsHabit‘s NBA Power Rankings for Week 8.
The Golden State Warriors were finally getting their mojo back, but may lose Stephen Curry for some time due to an ankle injury. The Cleveland Cavaliers have won 12 straight games, but even a potential career year from LeBron James isn’t enough to lift them to the No. 1 spot just yet.
No, the top team in the association right now is the Houston Rockets, led by the MVP frontrunner in James Harden and a deadlier-than-ever Chris Paul. With the Rockets vastly improved on the defensive end and opponents facing an unfair point guard stagger between the league’s two best floor generals, Houston is currently wiping the floor with its competition.
The question is, where does the rest of the league wind up in Week 8? Here are the latest NBA Power Rankings.
