Another team with an incredibly strong front office that might be willing to take a chance on Stephenson would be the

Miami Heat

.

Pat Riley

and the Heat front office has been credited many times over for helping players mature and develop.

It’s a “my way or the highway” mentality with this team and if Stephenson is looking to actually change his behavior, this may be a good landing spot for him.

A motivated Stephenson would help alleviate some pressure off of Wade in the regular season and would provide them with an extra scoring punch off the bench.

Stephenson would also fit into the defensive identity of the Heat and provide them with a toughness that they have historically coveted.

While he doesn’t give them the spacing they would ideally like, they’ve gotten by with average shooters for awhile now and Stephenson would fit in well with any small ball sets they try.
