20. Glen Rice

When it comes to the greatest shooters of all-time, you won’t find many lists without Glen Rice. A player whose career spanned three decades, Rice was as close to automatic as they come during his prime years.

There was no better example of that than how dominant a shooter he was from 1994 to 1998.

In that four-year stretch, Rice received two All-NBA nods and made three trips to the All-Star Game. He shot better than 40 percent from beyond the arc in all four seasons, including an unforgettable 1996-97.

During the course of that campaign, Rice made over 200 3-point field goals on an unfair 47.0 percent shooting from beyond the arc.

According to Basketball-Reference.com, only one other player has done that: Kyle Korver in 2014-15. One season is hardly enough to make this list, but 1996-97 embodied the greatness of Glen Rice.

Rice is one of just seven players with more than 1,500 career 3-point field goals made on 40.0 percent shooting or better, per Basketball-Reference.com.
