21. Michael Jordan – 1990 Regular Season

This was Michael Jordan’s highest scoring game of his career, as he tallied 69 points against the Cavaliers in overtime (his highest regulation game total was 61). His 18 rebounds also marked a career high.

Jordan made 23 of his 37 field goals, including 2-of-6 from behind the arc. He also tacked on six assists and four steals, and was 21-of-23 from the charity stripe (a superb 91.3 percent).

Only five players in NBA history have scored more points in a single game.
