In Week 23 of NBA Power Rankings for the 2018-19 campaign, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers are hitting some late-season rough patches.

There’s still a good three weeks and change left in the 2018-19 NBA season, so there’s no reason for panic or overreaction just yet.

At this point in the season, teams may be jostling for playoff positioning, but they’re also trying to avoid tipping their hand in matchups they may see again as early as April. Resting star players will soon become prevalent for contenders and tankers alike, but right now we’re still walking that fine line.

Even so, there’s plenty to glean from the last week of NBA action, which is why it’s time for the latest batch of NBA Power Rankings.

In Week 23, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers find themselves in late-season rough patches. OKC is suffering as Paul George struggles through a sore shoulder, while the Pacers are understandably having a hard time without Victor Oladipo.

Meanwhile, the Western Conference picture changes by the day, the Houston Rockets and San Antonio Spurs are on a tear, the Philadelphia 76ers might be putting it all together and the Golden State Warriors and Milwaukee Bucks remain on top. To sort out all the rest, here are the latest NBA Power Rankings.
