Despite falling just one game short of reaching the NBA Finals last season, the Houston Rockets will now seek to put last year’s tough ending behind them in 2018-19. Here’s a look at the top five games on next season’s schedule.

Just days after several of the league’s top marquee matchups were revealed, the Houston Rockets finally received their official schedule for the 2018-19 NBA season. The team that finished last season with the best record in basketball will be featured on center stage all year long.

Houston, which played in 41 nationally televised games a season ago, will play in a total of 39 nationally televised games this year, with three of its first four games being featured across the ESPN and NBA TV networks.

The Rockets will kick off their 52nd season against Anthony Davis and the New Orleans Pelicans on Oct. 17 at the Toyota Center. They will then serve as the guest for LeBron James‘ official homecoming in Tinseltown, as Houston will head to Los Angeles to take on a new-look Lakers squad on Oct. 20, followed by the Clippers on Oct. 21 at the Staples Center.

Does the squad that won a franchise-record 65 games have what it takes to do it again? Here’s a look at the top five Rockets games to watch this upcoming season.
