The Atlanta Hawks posted a 3-2 record at the NBA Summer League tournament in Las Vegas. Here are five keys as the team looks to completely rebuild its roster.

The revamped roster of the Atlanta Hawks had numerous players expected to contribute next season, but only a few thrived during a five-game stint in Las Vegas.

With an eye to the future, few teams have placed as much of an emphasis on their performance during the Summer League tournament as Atlanta.

The five-game set enabled the Hawks to get a first glimpse of their three selections in the 2017 NBA Draft and provided a leadership role for a pair of players set to enter their second season in the league.

Under the guidance of Charles Lee, an assistant of Mike Budenholzer, Atlanta secured victories over New Orleans, Chicago and Houston, while dropping contests to the Pelicans and Nets.

The Hawks are fielding a roster primarily consisting of unproven talent aside from point guard Dennis Schroder.
