Bojan Bogdanovic could find himself on a new team in the 2017-18 season depending on how 2017 NBA free agency shakes out.

Forward Bojan Bogdanovic is currently a restricted free agent with the Washington Wizards, but it doesn’t look like the team will be able to afford him after potentially agreeing to match a max offer sheet from the Brooklyn Nets for Otto Porter Jr.

Bogdanovic proved to be a useful asset off the bench for the Wizards last season. He averaged 12.7 points and 3.1 rebounds per game while shooting 39.1 percent from three-point range.

He spent three seasons with the Brooklyn Nets before joining the Wizards after the NBA Trade Deadline. After developing into the third-leading scorer for the Nets, Brooklyn shipped him off to the Washington Wizards for a first round pick. Bogdanovic averaged 14.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game in 55 contests.

The Nets went on to select center Jarrett Allen out of the University of Texas with the 22nd pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.

Bojan Bogdanovic is currently seeking a 3-4 year deal in the range of $16 million per year. Bogdanovic’s asking price is a bit steep considering how one-dimensional he is as a reserve player. He made $3.7 million this past season.

As a restricted free agent, the Wizards have the right to match any offer sheet Bogdanovic may sign and have already submitted a qualifying offer worth $4.4 million. Here’s a look at five potential landing spots for Bojan Bogdanovic.
