5 Bold Predictions For Cleveland Cavaliers’ 2016-17 Season

Coming off their upset of the Golden State Warriors, what can we expect from the reigning-champion Cleveland Cavaliers as they attempt to defend their crown?

The Cleveland Cavaliers are coming off a historic NBA Finals run, securing the franchise’s first title with the help of local legend LeBron James. Now heading into the 2016-17 campaign, the Cavaliers will be expected to book a trip to a third-straight Finals appearance.

If that’s going to happen, several things will need to go in Cleveland’s favor. They’ll need their Big 3 to shine even brighter than they have in the past. They’ll also need some of their unheralded bench players to step up and produce on the stat sheet.

It’s going to be a long road, but anything is possible with the King on the roster.

That’s why I’ve put together this list of “bold” predictions that are meant to push the limits of logic. They may seem a bit farfetched or unlikely, but we all know that magical things happen in the NBA every year.
