The Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Golden State Warriors by 30 points in Game 3, but they still needed a victory in Game 4 to avoid going back to Oakland down 3-1.

Unlike a few nights ago, the Cavaliers were unable to create much separation between themselves and the defending the champs.

In fact, after leading by five points at the break, the Warriors outscored the Cavaliers 58-42 in the second half en route to a 108-97 victory to take a commanding 3-1 lead in the series.

In a game they absolutely had to have, the Cavaliers failed to make the big plays in crunch time (more on that in a bit).

Now in order to win this series, not only do they have to win three consecutive games, they also have to beat the Warriors twice on their home floor — something no team has done during the postseason.
